Purpose

A direct channel between the quality infrastructure and organisations shaped by AI.

As AI expands, organisations need credible, practical ways to demonstrate that AI systems and AI-enabled products meet relevant standards, regulatory requirements and stakeholder expectations. The User Group brings the marketplace into the room.

AIQI Consortium
The quality infrastructure

Standards, metrology, accreditation and conformity assessment bodies enabling the assurance of AI.

The Group helps the AIQI Consortium to:
  • 01Understand emerging AI assurance and governance needs
  • 02Test AIQI activities and selected outputs against practical marketplace experience
  • 03Identify gaps in current assurance and conformity assessment approaches
  • 04Understand future skills, competence and resource requirements
  • 05Strengthen engagement between AI users, providers and the QI community

Why participate

Four ways participants shape the future of AI assurance.

01

Engage with the QI community

Contribute directly to discussions with organisations involved in standards, accreditation, conformity assessment and related assurance - the community that evaluates AI systems and AI-enabled products against relevant standards and regulation.

02

Contribute to standards discussions

Engage with people involved in AI standards development from a quality infrastructure and conformity assessment perspective, and let practical experience shape how standards and assurance approaches evolve.

03

Shape and inform AIQI activities

Help the Consortium understand the needs of organisations that develop, provide, deploy or are affected by AI. Participants may be invited to review and comment on selected AIQI outputs.

04
